Dr Broker is a web application designed to streamline transactions for both sellers (list side) and buyers (buy side), with a privileged role designated for Super Admins. It aims to enhance the transaction process by offering improved transparency, collaboration, and operational efficiency.

Problem

Traditional transaction management systems face challenges in tracking and managing transactions effectively, particularly when handling checklists for both sellers and buyers. Additionally, there are inefficiencies in managing contracts within existing systems.

Solution

Dr Broker offers a comprehensive platform designed to improve transparency, streamline collaboration, and enhance operational efficiency in transactions. It provides a secure and user-friendly experience for all stakeholders. Users can easily sign up and log in via traditional registration forms or through their Google accounts. The platform also supports password reset functionality and profile management, including password updates. Super Admins benefit from a dedicated dashboard to oversee system-wide operations, including managing user accounts, monitoring transactions, handling checklists and contracts, and overseeing FAQs and support.

Additionally, they can manage FAQs to support users and address common queries, providing a structured environment that facilitates seamless operations across the system.
